You agree to provide such documentation as pogibet may reasonably request, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
3.4 pogibet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pogibet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4.2 You agree to notify pogibet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. pogibet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

4.4 All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified pogibet of a security breach in accordance with clause 4.2.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pogibet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in your name. pogibet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. pogibet complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may be reported to the relevant authorities. pogibet reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where money laundering or fraud is suspected.
5.5 All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
6.1 pogibet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.
6.3 pogibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.4 Where a bonus has been credited to your account in error, pogibet reserves the right to reclaim the bonus amount regardless of whether it has been wagered.
7.1 All games available on the pogibet Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall prevail.

10.1 All content on the pogibet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design — is the property of pogibet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pogibet.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pogibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 pogibet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.3 pogibet's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pogibet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pogibet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 pogibet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing.
12.2 pogibet implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. All data transmissions are encrypted using SSL technology.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 pogibet operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
